Why do you think Development is slow in coming on the Lakeshore ? Its it the "old guard" Formally known as the "Boys network" that wont let go that's hindering progress? or do we need different development ? What's Your take ? Are the mistakes of the past workable ? Be Honest....

Real Estate Update - March 2011
Lake Shore Real Estate Update:On the sale Front average selling price on january 2011 was $427,000 up 4%- since same period last Year. Sales are down compaired to last year but predictions are that average selling price will rise 3-5% through 2011. On the Mortgage Front im getting 2.1% variable and 3.69% 5 yr fixed for clients. Money is cheap so take advantage.
