$570K for a property on Lakeshore drive (right on the lake between 6th-8th streets in new toronto) seems like a good deal to me…  the $380K listing is almost criminally low and clearly created the artificial bidding war... Anyway - good…

The Lakeshore Santa Claus is always a good time.  As mentioned in the above link it's full steam ahead.  In fact there will be several new floats this year including The Smurfs.   There was drama leading up to last years parade?

agreed.  this is not an issue; alcohol abuse hurts neighbourhoods more than pot…  Now, if anyone can do something about the CL lounge crowd, that would be great.
